With purchase of these photos, Fotofrenzy grants the purchaser license to use these photos for non-commercial use, royalty free as set out in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royalty-free. Royalty free includes the right to use the photos for websites, advertising media such as brochures etc, but may not be used for commercial purposes such as reselling (on clothing, on posters, on postcards, on other stock websites etc.) The image may only be used by the registered purchaser. If you provide the image to any other person, for example a graphic designer for designing your brochures, such person is required to destroy any copies afterward and may not use or redistribute the photo in any way.
